Jon Watson started his career in 1987 working as a sales representative in the beverage industry for Paul Flum Ideas Inc. in St. Louis, MO. His responsibilities included managing primarily soft drink bottling companies and their business as it related to the retail visual merchandising and equipment category. Throughout Jon's career, his responsibilities and experience in sales, marketing, and operations continued to grow.
In 2021, Jon was introduced to Duane Kalinowski and made a decision based on a shared passion and "Whatever it Takes" attitude to join the team and help grow All Points to an industry leader in the 3PL and fulfillment categories. Since day one he’s focused on ensuring a customer-centric approach is embedded in sales and marketing strategies.
At All Points, Jon develops and implements comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values. He’s the go-to expert on market trends and consumer needs to identify new focus areas for the All Points team.
